Profile

Agility International Limited is a consulting and education company founded in 1996. The Directors are Dr John Gundry (UK) and Dr George Metes (USA) - the principal authors of Agile Networking. Please see our contact points at the bottom of this page.

We work with clients on the successful implementation of agility and business agility in their organisations. As our name suggests, we work internationally and have delivered services in Europe, North America and Australia. Our services are tailored to clients' individual needs, and are shown on our home page here.

We have delivered a number of briefings on agility and business agility to interest groups, invited forums and sponsored events.

A regional government training organisation embarked on a programme to respond faster and better to its geographically-dispersed clients while recruiting up to date communication technology. We provided training in the principles of agility in education organisations, and provided follow-up consulting to help that message embed.

A world-wide communications and consulting company recognised agility as a value proposition for its innovative network solutions. We created marketing collateral and took part in a marketing campaign to carry this message to their customers.

A national financial services company used to a stable business environment embarked on a series of mergers and acquisitions. Soon functions and projects that had been homogeneous (such as IT integration) now included people and systems from different geographies. We helped the company design managerial and project communication processes that would continue to allow them to master continuous business and organisational change.

A state-wide university system needed to satisfy increasing student applications and severe budget restrictions. We worked with the Chancellor's Office and all campuses to design a multi-media e-learning environment that would enable other campuses to respond to demand for courses not available at the student's home campus, and otherwise manage spikes in student enrollment without building new facilities.

A business development group in an international computing and communications company saw a market opportunity in presenting a message of agility to its customers in the financial services business. We researched and developed a substantial proposal for "finance agility" for them to take forward.
